The Physical Therapy Program at Nova Southeastern University is looking for 3 new faculty members to expand our current 16-member full time faculty who are dedicated to providing academic excellence at the DPT, tDPT, and PhD levels. As the largest independent academic institution in the Southeast, NSU houses a multi-disciplinary Health Professions Division, which affords faculty the opportunity to collaborate with other health disciplines in teaching, service, scholarly activities, and in clinical settings. NSU will take a giant leap forward to foster faculty research with the construction of the 208,000-square-foot Center for Collaborative Research (CCR) later this year.
Applicants are invited to apply for a full time, 12-month faculty appointment. Rank and salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience. Applicants must hold a terminal doctoral degree (ABD will be considered) and must be PT licensed or eligible for license in Florida. Special consideration will be given to candidates holding clinical specialist certification and/or prior experience in distance education teaching.
