The School of Sport and Exercise Sciences seeks to appoint a post-doctoral research assistant to work on a project funded by Dunhill Medical Trust investigating the mechanisms underlying stair falls in older adults.
You will have a PhD and a strong published record of accomplishment in studies of human movement (e.g. biomechanics, psychology, neuroscience). You will join a world-leading research group with an internationally recognised research agenda around the broad area of brain and behaviour and its impact on ageing across the lifespan. The ideal candidate will be expected to publish high quality research outputs that will create a platform for the capture of external research funding.
