I would like to encourage all members of our community to consider attending
this year's Annual Meeting of the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM)
in Indianapolis, Indiana, USA. The conference dates are May 31 to June 3,
2000. Program and conference details are available at the ACSM website

Additionally, the Executive Committee of the Biomechanics Interest Group
(BIG) of the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) invites submission
of biomechanics-related programming for the 2001 ACSM Annual Meeting. The
2001 Annual Meeting of the ACSM will be held in Baltimore, Maryland, USA
from May 30 to June 2, 2001.

Individuals interested in developing program sessions or proposing ideas for
programming content are encouraged to submit their ideas to the Biomechanics
Interest Group. Programming ideas will be presented briefly during the
Interest Group Meeting at this year's ACSM Annual Meeting. In addition, a
portion of the Interest Group Meeting at this year's Annual Meeting will be
devoted to discussion of the proposed programming and planning of meeting
content for ACSM 2001.
