The Parkwood Hospital Foundation is pleased to announce a new health
partnership funding program with the Canadian Institutes of Health Research

Salary Support is available for up to 3 years for the following:

1. Phd Studentship in Rehabilitation
2. Postdoctoral Research Fellowship in Rehabilitation

These positions are offered to enhance the programs of rehabilitation
research at Parkwood Hospital (Lawson Health Research Institute, St.
Joseph's Health Care London) located in London, Ontario, Canada.
Internationally recognized programs of research are conducted in the areas
of Spinal Cord Injury, Stroke and Musculoskeletal Disorders. Faculty members
are affiliated with the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
at the University of Western Ontario and the Lawson Health Research Institute.

Note: application deadlines for these positions are October 15, 2000 and
November 1, 2000 for the Doctoral and Postdoctoral Awards respectively.
These awards will be offered to candidates who will be undertaking full time
research training in rehabilitation research either through accredited
graduate programs at the University of Western Ontario (e.g., Rehabilitation
Sciences, Neurosciences, Epidemiology & Biostatistics or through affiliation
with the postgraduate program in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.)
