I am a professor at Temple University, specializing in exercise and sport
psychology. The Association for the Advancement of Applied Sport Psychology,
our main professional association, has a Certified Consultant status for
individuals with experience in the field and a certain number of required
courses in the exercise and sport sciences as well as psychology. One of
the areas in which coursework is required is "knowledge of the biomechanical
and/or physiological bases of sport (e.g., kinesiology, biomechanics,
exercise physiology)." Our Continuing Education Committee has been charged
with identifying on-line courses in these areas, and I am writing to the
Biomechnics listserv to request information on:

1) Is there a centralized listing somewhere of on-line courses in

2) If yes, where? If no, I would greatly appreciate it if
Biomch-l members would let me know, off list, of on-line
courses they offer so that we can present our members
with a list of such courses.

Thank you very much for your help and consideration!

Sincerely, Michael Sachs
