Dear all,

I am conducting an in-vitro study on mutiple cervical FSUs. Based on
the standard recommended by ISB, the y axis is defined as the line
passing through the centres of the vertebra's upper and lower

However, how do I determine the centres of the vertebra's upper and
lower endplates? I believe this may be done using a radiographic scans.
However, does anyone know how the definition of the y axis can be done
using a 3D digitiser instead?

I'll also compile and post whatever replies which I may receive.

Thanks and best rgds,
