We use the following connectors for surface electrodes:
'EZ63-601: Bipolar shielded cable 150 cm, to 2x
flat-snap with Binder connector'.
From: Technomed Europe.

more specific:
http://www.technomed.nl/products/conn_cables_etc.htm

These are short and very flexible cables which connect to the
electrodes with a scissor-like clamp. They are quite light and the
electrical contact is very good, much better than anything
constructed from snap fasteners.
