Hello Fellow Researchers:

I would like to get a feel for how the group feels about the use of Visual-Analog Scales for quantifying pain. There many different forms of the scales, i.e. solid lines without increments, with increments, with increment and numbers, etc. Is there any consensus as to which version works the best? Any good articles that you can direct me to would be appreciated.

I will post the replies if there is any requests.
