Hi Bruce,
I am currently using SIMI motion, and I must say it is a very user
friendly program, although if you want to collect a lot of data, with a
lot of subjects, than it can be very slow. Especially the tracking bit.
Also you have to take into account where you record your data, as
you have to use digital cmeras and use markers that have a great
contrast with the background. For example in my experiments I
had to make sure all the background was black and use white
markers, otherwise the software would not track the markers
Ones it is all tracked than it really good, because you can see the
video-images the graphs and everything at one time.
