Dear Biomch-L Readers,

A colleague of mine recently asked about graduate programs in which his son
could pursue research in computational modeling. The prospective student's
interest is in modeling phenomena in the human body that are based on
electrical, metabolic, fluid, chemical, etc....processes. That is, he is
not particularly interested in orthopaedic biomechanics (sadly) - his
interests seem to be more aligned with what I would consider bioengineering
topics.

I have suggested that he investigate bioengineering programs, but can anyone
suggest any specific research programs relating to computational modeling of
bioengineering processes?

Thanks very much.
Tony
