Sorry for any cross-posting.

Hi Group,

I remember seeing a relatively recent article that quantified the
lumbar
torques during a range of weight training exercises (e.g. bent-over
row, good morning, deadlifts etc). I thought it may have been in
Journal of Applied Biomechanics, but I have not been able to find it
there. I have tried searches on Medline and Sports Discus using
keywords such as lower back, lumbar, moment, torque, weight lifting
and weight training. Does anyone know of the article I refer to
and have the reference for it?

Thanks

Justin
