I am looking to buy some computer software for basic sports movement analysis. My digital camera can only flim at about 25 frames/sec, so my software will not be really high-end (I suppose).

I have looked at siliconCOACH and was wondering if you have had any experience with it, or any other software. What are the pros and cons? What features should I look for? Basically, what works and what doesn’t?

Any help will be appreciated.
