Regeneration Technologies, a leader in science and safety, processes and sterilizes human tissue into allograft implants for orthopedic, oral maxillofacial, urinary and cardiovascular surgeries, is currently recruiting for the following position:

Job Description: Critical scientific thinker that assumes responsibility for converting new technologies into revolutionary product concepts that meet the unmet needs of our customers. Takes lead in defining and executing the scientific pathway from product concept to feasibility. Remains involved in product development through launch. Ensures quality and integrity of scientific evidence throughout R&D process. Works with Marketing and R&D teams to identify functional requirements for new products. Develops research plans including design of experiments, test protocols, and timelines. Collects data to justify feasibility of new technology candidates for further development. Data will also be generated to support claims for marketing and regulatory clearance as needed. Compiles and reviews relevant literature as it pertains to current projects. Authors research papers for submission to scientific conferences and journals. Works with a sense of urgency.

Minimum Qualifications: Ph.D. in Life Science or Biomedical Engineering required. Minimum two years work experience in technical position with a medical device, biotechnology or similar setting. Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional communication skills (oral and written). Ability to take initiative and work independently. Excellent interpersonal and follow up skills. Must maintain a "find a way" attitude and not be intimidated by initial failures.
