Hi All,

I am trying to find a method (such as suction method) to measuring skin
stiffness "in vivo". I hope to measure anisotropy of the skin, i.e.,
different stiffnesses along two orthogonal directions. If you know such
kind of technique, could you please give me some suggestions or ideas?
Thank you very much.

Sincerely,
Derek
