Zimmer, Inc., a worldwide leader in the development, manufacture,
and marketing of orthopaedic products is seeking a talented and
highly motivated Post-doctoral Biomaterial Scientist, Orthopaedic
Biologics Research, to be located in Warsaw, IN. Zimmer is
headquartered in Warsaw, Indiana, and is traded on the New York
Stock Exchange (NYSE: ZMH).

This position would join the Zimmer Corporate Research Biologics
Group. The group will be performing projects in bone, spine,
soft tissue and cartilage biologics and will be focused on
developing and commercializing implants and clinical therapies in
these areas. This position will focus on cartilage biologics.

This position will be for the fixed-term of 2 years, working on a
Cartilage Regeneration project funded by a State-of-Indiana 21st
Century Science and Technology Fund. The incumbent will interact
with university researchers and internal collaborators (test
engineers, polymer scientists, etc).

The successful candidate must have a Ph.D. in Polymer Science.
Ideally they will have knowledge/experience working with
injectable, bioresorable hydrogel (applied to cell
