RE: MILLENNIUM PROJECT FEASIBILITY STUDY

THE UNITED NATIONS UNIVERSITY, AN AUTONOMOUS ORGAN OF THE U.N.,
WHICH CAN FOCUS INTELLECTUAL RESOURCES ON WORLD PROBLEMS AS A
GLOBAL, DECENTRALIZED, NON-DEGREE GRANTING, POST-GRADUATE
RESEARCH INSTITUTION IS EXAMINING THE FEASIBILITY OF ORGANIZING
FUTURES RESEARCH TO CONTINUOUSLY UPDATE AND IMPROVE HUMANITY'S
THINKING ABOUT THE FUTURE AND MAKE THAT THINKING AVAILABLE
THROUGH A VARIETY OF MEDIA FOR CONSIDERATION IN PUBLIC POLICY,
ADVANCED TRAINING, PUBLIC EDUCATION, AND SYSTEMATIC FEEDBACK.

THE ORGANIZERS OF MILLENNIUM PROJECT ARE INTERESTED IN LOCATING
LISTSERVE GROUPS WHICH MAY BE INTERESTED IN PARTICIPATING IN OUR
FEASIBILITY STUDY. YOUR GROUP CAME TO OUR ATTENTION AS ONE WHICH
IS CONCERNED WITH THE ISSUE OF TECHNOLOGICAL CAPACITY.

IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN LEARNING MORE ABOUT THE MILLENNIUM
PROJECT FEASIBILITY STUDY, THERE IS AN ONGOING REPORT UPDATING
THE PROGRESS OF THE PROJECT WHICH CAN BE ACCESSED THROUGH THE
U.S. ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY'S GOPHER AT:

"GOPHER FUTURES.WIC.EPA.GOV" (ENTER WITHOUT QUOTES)
