The MDFP Network would like to invite you to the Orthopaedics Special Interest Group Meeting which has been scheduled for 26 October in Cardiff.

Please see the attached file for details.

If you wish to attend this meeting please either complete and print the attached form and return by post or alternatively please register via the website on http://www.nottingham.ac.uk/biomaterial/Faraday/Medical_Devices_Network_homepage.htm

Motion analysis techniques have been widely used in orthopaedics for many years. Increasingly, they are finding applications away from traditional clinical gait analysis, for example in the testing of orthopaedic implants or the measurement of tissue properties. New techniques such as motion simulation, high speed video recording and new data analysis methods are expanding the applications of motion analysis and creating links with other areas of biomechanics, maths, computer science and engineering.

This one day meeting will bring together experts in the field and interested parties with the aim of sharing ideas and innovations and developing new collaborations.

We look forward to seeing you at the meeting.
