POSITION AVAILABLE: BIOMECHANICS SCIENTIST (2 positions)

Do to the tremendous demand for our biomechanics simulation products and
services we are currently seeking to fill the positions (2) of biomechanics
scientist. We are currently accepting applications for this immediate
opening and will continue until the position is filled.

Job Description:
The position entails working on various aspects of biomechanics research
projects which lead to, inspire or assist the development of
state-of-the-art biomechanics simulation solutions. The duties would also
include expertise in LifeMOD simulation in various fields including
orthopedics, sport, gait, injury, ergonomics and rehabilitation. The
biomechanics scientist will also be responsible for training and mentoring
key customers including scientists from the commercial sector and
universities in LifeMOD simulation solutions. The individual will interact
with engineers, surgeons, undergraduate and graduate engineering students,
medical students, surgical residents and fellows. Salary will be based on
education and experience.

Qualifications:
Candidates with Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering, Bioengineering, or
related Engineering disciplines with previous experience in biomechanics
simulation are encouraged to apply. Candidates should have good standing in
the biomechanics community with a good publication record. Expertise in
commercial grade simulation tools such as MSC.ADAMS is plus. Strong
organizational and technical skills, good oral communication skills, and the
ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team are
essential.
