POST-DOC OPPORTUNITY

Ryerson University has released funding for a number of 2 and 3 year
Post-Doc positions:

The new Human Factors Engineering Lab at RyersonUniversity
(www.ryerson.ca/hfe) would like to sponsor a Post-Doc in the area of
work system design (production or service) and human factors. In
particular aspects of HF in virtual design, virtual manufacturing, and
the design of sustainable work systems. Possible projects could include
both technical elements of developing simulation models with HF content
(biomechanics, phyiology, psychosocial aspects) as well as intervention
projects studying the 'absorbtion patterns' of HF in terms of barriers
and facilitators in companies trying to integrate human concerns into
their everyday development processes.
