Job Description:

Vector Scientific, Inc. (VSI) is a consulting firm with specialties in the
areas of Biomechanics, Engineering (Accident Reconstruction) and Animation.
Forensic Biomechanics is an applied science wherein our biomechanists are
called upon for consultation, analysis, and expert witness testimony
regarding various technical issues in personal injury, product liability,
and criminal matters. Our biomechanics team investigates and analyzes
injury biomechanics primarily in automotive collisions as well as
sport/recreation, slip/trip and fall, occupational/industrial accidents, and
criminal matters. The Biomechanics Division works closely with our
Engineering Division regarding vehicle collision dynamics to assess occupant
dynamics and our Animation Division regarding graphics/animations to present
our findings to our clients and in the courtroom. VSI also conducts
independent research and testing to investigate case specific questions as
well as fundamental scientific questions that arise from real-world cases.

Job Requirements:

Requirements include a minimum of Master of Science (M.S.) degree in
Biomechanics/Kinesiology, Biomechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering,
or a closely-related science. The ideal candidate will possess experience
and background in musculoskeletal injury biomechanics and/or automotive
impact trauma. Strong written and oral communication skills are required.

Job Location:

Evergreen/Golden, Colorado (Denver area).
