Research Engineer II:
Job Description
This position has responsibility of working on research teams to perform orthopaedic research. Job responsibilities include addressing well-defined problems of small scope, following standard practices and procedures. Specific job responsibilities vary based on project team assignment.
Required Skills
YOU WILL NEED: Bachelor of Science in mechanical or biomedical engineering or other related engineering degree and a minimum of 3 years of related experience OR MS in Engineering with no experience. Demonstrated mechanical testing experience required. This experience would include the planning and execution of tests, and reporting of the results. FEA experience is preferred. Must have good team and communication skills. Professional Development will be continued through training, courses, seminars, conferences, and networking/mentoring.
