Some comments from the moderator...

I think we can agree that we have been enlightened, but the discussion now
seems to have run its course.

Young-Hoo Kwon's concluding remarks seem quite appropriate and (unless someone
has strong feelings or actual new material), I suggest we close the

Dr. Rassoulian expressed disappointment at the lack of energy for discussions
about science, vs. discussions about terminology. I do not think it is due to
lack of interest. Much depends on how a posting is written. If you want to
start a discussion, share some information and make your posting
thought-provoking or critical. Or post a follow up which is written in such a
way. Sometimes the moderators facilitate this by suggesting a follow-up
posting, or actively taking part in the discussion, but they have limited time
and this is more likely to happen with topics of personal interest to the
moderators. Remember, Biomch-L is whatever the subscribers want it to be.
Let's try to make it more than just a bulletin board for jobs and conferences.
