EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
ANDREWS RESEARCH AND EDUCATION INSTITUTE


Applications and nominations are invited for the position of Executive
Director of the Andrews Research and Education Institute (AREI). The
Executive Director reports directly to the Senior Vice President of
Baptist Health Care and Administrator of the Gulf Breeze Hospital and is
responsible for research, education, service, and new business development
at AREI.

Andrews Research and Education Institute is located in Gulf Breeze,
Florida, and is part of the Andrews Institute
(www.theandrewsinstitute.com). AREI is a not-for-profit entity that is
wholly owned by Baptist Health Care. The mission of AREI is to generate
and disseminate evidence-based research to improve human performance; to
enhance the prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation of athletic
injuries; and to improve the quality of life of people of all ages.

Qualifications include an MD, PhD, or other earned doctorate in a relevant
field, a recognized level of scholarly achievement, research
administration experience, a minimum of 5 years of active research
experience, and an understanding of the current and future role of AREI
within Baptist Health Care. Review of applications will begin when
received and continue until a suitable candidate is identified.

Salary range is $120,000 to $250,000 (with performance-based bonus).
