Dear Biomech-L Community,

I am attempting to use the Nessus probabilistic modeling software
(http://www.nessus.swri.org/) to assess the relative importance of
different
parameters on the internal loading conditions, running in batch mode on
a
Linux server and SUSE Linux Enterprise 10.

The problem I am having is when using the Monte Carlo method with
external
software (e.g. musculoskeletal models), it consistently stops creating
new
perturbations at ~4000, although 10,000+ iterations are requested. At
the
"end" of the run, there is no error displayed, it simply stops.
Although, since running in batch mode, I can process the 4000 trials and
the results can can be visualized.

Has anyone seen this problem previously and have any suggestions on how
to
rectify this problem?

Many thanks in advance,

-Rob
