Washington DC 2010

In conjunction with the Society for Neuroscience meeting in Washington DC, please join us on November 18, 6 – 8 PM for a networking social and open house at the National Rehabilitation Hospital. Sponsored by the National Capital Area Rehabilitation Research Network (http://adnp.cua.edu) and the Center for Applied Biomechanics and Rehabilitation Research (http://cabrr.cua.edu) at the National Rehabilitation Hospital (http://www.nrhrehab.org), we will host Society for Neuroscience meeting attendees for a night of food, cocktails and an opportunity to network and build collaborations with scientists from around the world. Representatives from the National Institutes of Health, the National Institute on Disability and Rehabilitation Research, the Veterans Affairs, the Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundation, and the Paralyzed Veterans of America will be on hand to learn about your research and to answer questions about their respective organizations.
You’ll also have the opportunity to see and try some of the new technologies being developed at the National Rehabilitation Hospital. If you have questions about the event, please contact Dr. Joe Hidler at joehidler@gmail.com or at (202) 877-1892. If you would like to attend, please RSVP to Joe Hidler.
