View Full Version : Motion capture for subtle motor changes

I am new to the list and have searched briefly for an answer to my question, but don't find one. I am interested in using motion capture to evaluate the subtle motor effects in presymptomatic Huntington's disease. Does anyone have experience in a similar field of research who could point me toward descriptions of motion capture and analysis protocols? The motor changes I suspect that I will be looking at are high-frequency motor intrusions or instabilities on normal gait or reach-and-grasp tasks. Right now we are in the stage of designing a brief pilot study and currently do not have a mocap lab.

Thanks,
