An Invitation to Sponsor/Exhibit

The organizers of the 25th Southern Biomedical Engineering Conference (SBEC) cordially invite you to join us at Florida International University on May 15-17, 2009. Exhibitors and sponsors play an integral part of any conference. We ask you to consider the exhibition of your educational and research products at this professional and scientific conference. There are also value-added options for organizations that would like to be one of our supporting sponsors. We will work closely with you to make your participation with us a pleasant experience. You will have many opportunities to network with researchers, clinicians, industry leaders, educators, graduate and undergraduate students involved in Biomedical Engineering.

The main objectives of the 25th SBEC are to bring together students, researchers, clinicians, and industry leaders in Biomedical Engineering to disseminate information in this rapidly growing field; to provide a multidisciplinary educational and research forum consisting of established, new, and future bioengineers and clinical, as well as basic science researchers to discuss new ideas and concepts. Despite being primarily a regional conference, attendees have come to previous meetings from the entire U.S., and also from foreign countries. The conference will include topics in most recent advancements in biomedical Engineering. Please visit our conference website http://bme.fiu.edu/SBEC2009 for more details.

Exhibit hours are Saturday, May 16, 2009 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and on Sunday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. We ask that exhibitor's tables be open during these times. Exhibitors will have close proximity to conference activity. The following options are available to choose from:
