Dear Listers,



I'm hoping that some of you have code for EMG onset detection that you
would be willing to share.



We are recording single contraction events (not cyclic) and need to
detect signals that usually are on the low end of MVC. Some of the
routines that may be possible include Staude and more recently, Adler
although this routine appears to require multiple trials that can be
aligned (see cites below).



LABview would be ideal for our situation although we could work with
Matlab code as well.
