Department of Kinesiology Lecturer Position

Position: Lecturer in Kinesiology

Appointment: Non-tenure track, nine-month appointment, starting January,
2011. Two year renewable contract.

Qualifications: Masterís Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or
related field. College teaching experience desirable. Preference will
also be given to an individual with a proven track record of successful
work with faculty and staff in a broad range of Kinesiology academic
programs and a commitment to teaching and training a diverse student body.

Responsibilities: The successful candidate is expected to teach a
variety of undergraduate courses such as (but not limited to) Motor
Control, Biomechanics, and Writing. The successful candidate is also
expected to lead and develop undergraduate internships opportunities and
assist with undergraduate academic advising.
