A colleague of mine, Sharon Swartz, is looking for adhesives to use in
testing small bones. So far everything has failed to hold the small
bones she's testing in place. The bones are between 0,5 mm and 1 mm
in diameter and 3-5 cm in length. The adhesives she's tried so far are
methacrylates, off the shelf epoxies, and low melting point metal alloys.
All have failed to hold the bones in place during mechanical testing.
As usual, I'll post any replies in a summary.
Thanks,
Ernie
