Dear Subscribers-
Texas Tech University, Department of Health, Physical Education
and Recreation has an assistant professor position in the
area of Pedagogical Biomechanics / Applied Biomechanics available
for the Fall of 1995. (BTW: similar positions are available
in the areas of exercise phyisology [esp. cardiac rehab],
coordinator of personal fitness and wellness, sport psychology
and health education [3] if you know of anyone interested have
them contact Dr. Hall at the address provided below).

Description: teach biomechanics of sport skills and courses in
movement analysis for teacher preparation. Knowledge of the Ariel
Performance Analysis System and an interest in analysis of data
in the biomechanics laboratory preferred.

Requirements: earned doctorate in appropriate area of specialization
and evidence of successful teaching experience. Responsibilities
include: teaching, focused research, publishing, student advisement,
committee work and proposal writing. The rank and salary will be
commensurate with that of Assistant Professors at Texas Tech
University.
