Dear Biomch-L readers,

The December 1990 issue of the IEEE Transactions on Biomedical Engineering
contains a number of papers that may be particularly relevant to this list
(there are a few other ones that might also deserve being mentioned):

(1) A.Th.M. Willemsen, F. Bloemhof & H.B.K. Boom (Enschede/NL), Automatic
Stance-Swing Phase Detection from Accelerometer Data for Peroneal Nerve
Stimulation.

(2) Z.A. Klein & J.I. Aunon (Colorado State University), A New Mode of Commu-
nication between Man and His Surroundings [use of EEG signals in combina-
tion with Bayes classification procedures].

(3) J.R. LaCourse & F.C. Hludik (Univ. of New Hampshire), An Eye Movement
Communication-Control System for the Disabled [use of EOG - Electro-
oculography].

(4) N.A. Borghese & G. Ferrigno (Milan, Italy), An Algorithm for 3-D Auto-
matic Movement Detection by Means of Standard TV Cameras [describes a
procedure claimed to be superior to the Direct Linear Transformation
in 3-D camera calibration and point reconstruction].
