Dear Biomch-L readers,

For some time, the database component of Biomch-L has contained references
to the Proceedings of the 1989 Formia Symposium "Biolocomotion: A Century of
Research using Moving Pictures". These proceedings, edited by A. Cappozzo,
M. Marchetti & V. Tosi (Rome/Italy) will be available later this year, and
it seems about time to fulfill the implied promise of including some of the
photogrammetric and rigid-body kinematics software that was announced at the
time. This is material in addition to the GCVSPL FORTRAN spline package
and to the PRP FORTRAN angular convention software that are already on the
fileserver; while some parts are more than 10 years old, they had not been
published yet.

Biomch-L subscribers can retrieve this software by sending the one-line
request SEND DLTDSP FORTRAN f r o m their Biomch-L subscription address
to the LISTSERVer (*not* to Biomch-L !). Furthermore, a public "readme" file
with two test routines is available in the same manner, and can be retrieved
with the one-line request SEND DLTDSP README (both requests can be sent in a
single email note, or by interactive request if you are on an EARN/BITNET/
NETNORTH address).

As stated in the DLTDSP README file, the author would be grateful for
comments from the readership!

Herman J. Woltring, Eindhoven/NL.
