As a result of the long research into physiology & biomechanics of
the man, a complex of original methods of diagnostics of the
functional state of the support-bearing system ( SBS ) was worked
out. These methods are based on the analysis of the tremor's signal
that holistically reflects the state of all the levels of the SBS
(nervous, peripheral, muscle, osseous-articular). The worked out
methods, meant for express-diagnostics & for obtaining quantative
characteristics, are non-invasive. The way of assessment of the
man's physical condition allows us to judge a degree of muscles'
training & to follow its dinamics. It can be used in the course of
the sanitary measures ( body-building, shaping & etc. ) & also for
making up a well-founded plan of strategy & tactics of the
sportsman's training. The way of assessment of myodystonic syndrome
at the spinal deformity of scoliosis character enables to determine
the coefficient showing an asymmetry degree of the functional state
of the nerve-muscle system. The coefficient can serve as a
diagnostical criterion of the deformity of the vertebral column & be
used for determining the dinamics & results of the treatment of
scoliosis. The range of changing the coeffecient of physiological
asymmetry was revealed. The quantative dependence of the coeffecient
on the markness of the spine's deformity was determined. The method
of selection of individual mode of muscles' loading in the course of
kynesitherapy at initial stages of spinal curvature, based on
assessment of immediate & long responses of the SBS to loading, was
worked out. The revealed criterion is prognostical to judge the
direction of the adaptation process & its adequacy to the applied
load. The way of revealing the painful muscle-tone response makes it
possible to register the existence of the painful reaction at
vertebral scoliosis & to determine osteochondrosis at initial stages,
including preclinical ones. The quantative assessment of the painful
muscle-tone reaction enables to verify a phase of the desease, to
check the dinamics of the patient's condition while treating. The
way of detecting the syndrome of vertebral-basilar insufficiency at
cervical osteochondrosis was worked out. It allows us to give an
objective quantative assessment of the specified syndrome, to follow
its dinamics in treatment process. The computer programs which make
it possible to realise the methods mentioned above on the basis of
various medical & sanitary establishments were worked out. Over the
last few years we pay our special attention to the study of the
mechanisms of tremor's formation. The acquired preliminary data point
to the profound relationship between the tremor's spectral features &
the functional state of different levels of the SBS. Since tremor is
an integrated characteristic of the functional state of the SBS its
adequcy & information for revealing peculiarities of pathogenesis of
various deseases are high. The works being done in this respect
enables us to detect pathologies of the bearing system ( functional &
organic ) & at the same time to determine the basic link in pathology
formation. The employment of the principles of the systemic analysis
& the new methods of working up the signals do much to promote
solutions of the specified questions. The study of the mechanisms of
tremor's formation allows us to get a deeper insight into the nature
of the phenomenon which, in its turn, brings about the rise of
reliability of the spectral tremoromeasurements as a diagnostical
method & gives greater possibilities to use it in practice.
