Dear Biomch-L,

Thank you to everyone who replied to my reques for information on theses
from the Netherlands and USA. I had tried e-mailing the authors but with
no success so I have tried phoning the respective departments. When I tried
the University of Twente I eventually got the correct number through directory
enquiries and so the thesis is being sent to me but with the US one the
University does not hold copies of the theses so I need to send £30 to a company
who keep them unless of course the author does reply. Thank you to:
