View Full Version : High resolution CT-Scan datasets available at ISB website.

Dear Biomch-L Readers,

The database of CT-Scan data available from the site of the ISB is
growing (not very fast, I admit, but it's growing!).

New sets of data have just been added.

The following data are currently available:

Upper Limb:
- Humeral bone (new set, the old one was incomplete).
- Scapula
- Clavicle
- Finger (3 phalanxes).

Lower Limb:
- Iliac bone

- C1
- C2
- C7
- L3
- Sacral bone

New sets will be added later.
Note the slice spacing used to collect the data should allow you to get
very accurate models: 0.5 mm at joint level, 1 mm elsewhere.

Here is the URL where to find the data:

The data are FREELY available for scientific purposes, but please read the
copyright before using them.

Also, feel free to report any problems in the data (e.g., missing slices,
unusable slices, ...) AND TO SEND ANY OTHER FEEDBACKS (if we receive no
reaction, we'll assume nobody is interested!).

I hope you will enjoy it!
