I'm an undergrad BME student attempting to write a Matlab program to
calculate 2-D inclusive angles of gait given 3-D marker information from
a Qualisys PC System. For example, given the 3-D locations (x,y & z) of
markers on the trochanter, knee, and ankle at a particular moment in
time, how would I calculate the 2-D angle between the upper and lower
leg segments using the knee as the axis of rotation?

Thanks for any suggestions or advise!
