The Bioengineering Unit at the University of Strathclyde
has been collaborating with dePuy International who have
awarded the Unit a 3 year PhD studentship to work in the
area of biomechanical analysis and biomechanical testing
of orthopaedic implants.

Candidates for this studentship should hold a good honours
degree in science or engineering.

The research should commence on the 1st October 1999 and
