Dear Listers,

I am posting this on behalf of a woman at Unversity of Akron who does
not have access to this group at this time. She is in need of some help,
and I hope someone on this list can lend her some aid. I appreciate your

I have been evaluating a shoe insole that is is supposed to compensate for
flat feet for my Master's Thesis at The University of Akron. I have
collected data for nine adults that all had flat feet - several trials
were collected while the subjects wore the insole as well as several
trial without the insole for each subject. I collected the following
data: Ground Reaction Forces (Fx, Fy, and Fz), Ankle Angles
(Dorsiflexion/Plantar Flexion, Lateral Rot./Medial Rot., and
Eversion/Inversion), Hip Angles (Extension/Flexion, Lateral Rot./Medial
Rot., and Abduction/Adduction), Knee Angles (same three as Hip Angles),
Ankle Forces (Anterior/Posterior, Medial/Lateral, and Superior/Inferior),
Hip Forces (same three as Ankle Forces), Knee Forces (same three as
Ankle Forces), Ankle Moments (Inversion/Eversion, Flexion/Extension, and
Medial Rot./Lateral Rot.), Hip Moments (Adduction/Abduction,
Flexion/Extension, and Medial Rot./Lateral Rot.), and Knee Moments (same
three as Hip Moments).

In order to analyze my results I would like to attain the same type of
data that I could use as a control. For this I need corresponding data
for normal subjects. We are having some trouble with our Vicon system so
we had to cut our testing short and were unable to collect normal data.

Any help you could give me with locating this type of data would be
greatly appreciated.
