Assistant/Associate Professor positions in Physical Therapy at the
University of Illinois, Chicago, U.S.A.

The Department of Physical Therapy seeks applications for two tenure-track
faculty appointments for teaching, research and service in a Research I
university in a vibrant and diverse urban environment. The preferred
candidates will be physical therapists, eligible for licensure in Illinois,
and possessing a post-professional doctorate. Responsibilities include
teaching in the area of adult neurologic, cardiopulmonary, or
musculoskeletal physical therapy in post-professional MS and
interdisciplinary PhD in Disability Studies programs, and a new entry-level
DPT professional program . Evidence of scholarly activity contributing to
departmental strengths in movement science, measurement, and clinical
outcome studies is required. The candidate will be expected to establish a
program of research and seek external funding. Assistant/Associate
Professor rank commensurate with experience and record of scholarly
