Dear Readers,

At some stage all clinical gait labs have to establish their objectives.
Today I was asked where our gait lab is heading to, how we define our
future.

I felt that (besides the individuality of gait labs) there must be some
common general paths a clinical gait lab has to take. I would be
grateful if you could share your objectives with us. The points I would
be interested in particular:
clinical work, improvement of clinical services, development, expansion
research, the proportions of clinical:research work
the application of research findings in clinical practice
teamwork as opposed to individual projects
collaboration with in-house or external research groups

Any other thoughts would be most welcome.

(If you reply to me, I will post a summary to the list.)
(Apologies for crossposting to Biomch-l, CGA, GLUK.)

Thanks,
Gabor
