    Start date: A.S.A.P.
    Length of appointment: 12 Months (min.) with a possibility of extension of
    funding
    Salary range: HK$32,190 to HK$38,695 per month

    The Department of Rehabilitation Sciences at The Hong Kong Polytechnic
    University is pleased to announce that we are seeking a dynamic researcher
    to serve as a Research Fellow in Movement Control. This PhD-holder should
    have extensive experience in conducting and publishing high quality research
    in the area of human movement control, with an emphasis on either or both of
    the biomechanical or neural aspects of movement control.

    This person will be expected to play two important roles in our department.
    First, he or she will support ongoing research projects of staff in one or
    more areas that include stroke rehabilitation, rehabilitation of persons
    with Parkinson's disease or cerebral palsy, or studies of the therapeutic
    effects of Tai Chi. Second, the individual serving as Research Fellow will
    develop his or her own unique program of research within the broad area of
    rehabilitation and movement control.
