I am a rehabilitation engineer starting research in the area of markerless
gait analysis. I am developing a Visual C++ program for image processing on
video clips from gait analysis labs. I am hoping to develop a program that
will allow for completely markerless object recognition and tracking. As I
am just at the starting steps of this project, I was hoping for some wise
words of advice from someone with more experience in the area. I have a few
ideas of how to go about it but I would be interested in hearing a few
different points of view on the subject.
