Greetings,
I'm looking for some guidance and opinions on the magnitude and statistical
distribution of dental bute forces that teeth are subjected to. I'm examining in
this in two ways:
1. Is there a statistical (frequency distribution curve) that describes the
AVERAGE forces that a person applies on chewing, during a certain time period
(days, years etc..)
2. Is there a statistical (frequency distribution curve) that describes the
MAXIMUM forces observed in humans (time independent), across a large population.
3. How significantly do these differ (anterior/posterior, male/female) etc..
I will post a summary of any feedback I receive, for the good of the order.
