Subject: 3D marker placement (request for help)

A colleague of mine working on gait (including CP patients) uses markers on
extensions to remove the problem of obscurred markers during gait; the problem
of appropriate marker placement we believe can only be totally overcome by
referencing surface markers to radiographs. I refere you to a recent paper
in Medical and Biological Engineering and Computing, May 1992, 30:343-350
by Pat Costigan, Urs Wyss, Kevin Deluzio and Jian Li. Or you can e-mail me
for more information (they are not yet on the net).
