Dear Biomch Readers,
In doing computational biomechanics research on the human arm,
we have encountered that parameters such as moment arm data for the
muscles that contribute to forearm pronation/supination (pronator teres,
pronator quadratus, supinator, etc.) are not readily available.
Does anyone know where this type of data could be obtained at various
arm configurations?
Also, does anyone know of a good source for an overall summary of upper
extremity muscle parameters (ie. fiber lenghts, maximum isometric force,
PCSA, pennation angle, moment arms, etc.).
Thanks for your help.
