Seated Muscle Fatigue

Dear Members,

I am intereseted in alternate ways to quantify long-term muscle fatigue
while seated in an automobile. I am aware of a variety of EMG studies that
have been performed, however if anyone has any suggestions for other types
of quantitative methods for measuring fatigue, I would greatly appreciate
it.
