(R)egistered: Median frequency implementation.

Hello coleagues.

I want to use moving average frequency for feed a NN for motor control using
EMG signals. The problem is that I've not found the algorythm on dsp books
or EMG articles. If anyone have useful information on this topic please let
me know.
