Median freqiency implementation.

Hello colleagues.

I'm trying to calculate de moving median frequency from a emg signal to use
it as an estimator of muscle activity on my Neural network model. The
problem is that I can´t found the MF model explicitly on the literature. Any
useful info will be appreciated.
