measuring skin temperature

Dear list members,

we are looking for a simple device to measure skin temperature (minimum
range from 0°C to 60°C) either direct and online or by other techniques
like infrared . The sensors should be waterproof and not influenced by
surrounding temperatures because skin temperature is mainly measured in
hot and cold water.
Are there commercial systems available. Any help would be appreciated.
I will post a summary on the list.
